11th February 2012 Update
Hi everyone, John Edwards here, I am delighted to see how many are viewing our webcasts both on our website and on You Tube, literally thousands are now beginning to tune in to us. Please let your friends know in real-time and through your social networking that there is help and encouragement out there through us. There is far more to us than what you see on our videos. Recently we have had the privilege of seeing drug addicts completely set free, no drugs for withdrawal, just prayer. They are now completely free, rehoused, and already helping other people. We have been doing this a long time and have learned that God is well able to set even the most hopeless cases free. Many are being saved and set free through our work, and we thank God for this and know that without His presence our work would be fruitless, however I am thrilled to say that God's amazing presence is so real in all we are doing at present. What a privilege, thank you Lord.
I am going to Belfast this week to organise several outreaches around the country, one of them is in one of the toughest areas of Northern Ireland. The local council have cut the low branches of all local trees to stop young people hanging themselves on them. This is heartbreaking, to see so many taking their own lives. Recently an 11 year old took their life. I didn't even know what suicide was when I was 11, oh, how the world has changed. I have brought 1000 of my books over to distribute in the area. One of the paramilitary groups in N. Ireland are allowing us to come in to the area to bring Christian help for the area. This is a miracle and an amazing opportunity to reach so called hopeless cases.
Please pray for us as we go to these areas, sometimes it's dangerous and we need your covering. We will keep going in to these areas as long as God leads us. You know that later in the year we go through the length of Britain and then across the USA bringing our message of freedom through street work, training of churches and media.
